What you can expect from Dan is that he's a sense maker of people, situations and processes, you may hear him saying "that doesn't make sense". But once Dan has made sense of what ever is put in front of him and if the next step is to work on a solution to a problem he'll consult with you and the team to to make sure it is simple to use and clear for others to take on.

A personal note...
Dan lives in Apex, North Carolina, USA with his wife Laurie and two sons Ryan and Evan and their dog Ellie, a Golden Doodle. Dan is originally from the New Forest in the United Kingdom where he spent his first 30 years before emigrating to the USA.
Dan is an avid fan of Formula 1 Motor Racing and follows Mercedes Benz (still hoping their car improves :) ). He enjoys exploring the different aspects of leadership in F1 Racing Teams and learning about how they perform as high performing teams. He believes there could be a lot to learn from an F1 team that could be applied in other businesses.
