The course I deliver has been designed for busy people (like us) -

The course has five modules that are delivered over a few weeks allowing participants to build on what they learn during each module whilst putting it into practice. This proven method allows for the techniques to "stick" so that participants don't just walk away and forget about what they've learned, they put it into practice building on the skills in each module.

Sessions are a mixture of instruction and practice. You’ll notice the time passes quickly!
Each module is approx one hour and we can deliver one module per week or two. Spacing out the course helps participants learn, practice and gain the skills needed to embrace the techniques.
You’ll also be able to contact me between sessions with any questions you might have and put what you’ve learned to work with some practical “fieldwork” in between sessions, if you’d like.
All you'll need is a computer, a headset or headphones and a microphone, and an Internet connection. We recommend you join us from a quiet place where you have privacy and no distractions.
